This WebQuest is created for 7th and 8th graders enrolled in a Desktop Publishing copurse, although segments can be used within any other curriculum area.

Students should be equipped with the following skills in order to achieve the highedt level of success when performing theis WebQuest:

• Students should be trained in note taking using index cards
• Students should have a basic knowledge of a drawing program
• Students should have experience using PowerPoint

Another important consideration is an awareness of the ability levels of the students when creating groups.
